Easy To Use: 4 Simple Steps Our design is focused on simplicity.
1.Prepare: In its closed state, rotate and slide the anchor collar upwards to the lock ring position.
2. Deploy: Open all four flukes fully to their extended position.
3. Secure: Slide the collar back down towards the base of the flukes to lock them firmly in place.
4. Anchor: Select your ideal anchoring location and deploy the anchor. The grapnel design will grip securely as you tie off your line. Note: Please ensure that your anchoring knot is tightly tied before use.

No P.O. Boxes for large items: Due to the size and weight of our paddleboard kits and several other items, we are unable to ship those to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout to ensure the successful delivery of those items.
Returns: 45-Day Window: Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 45 days of delivery. A $20 restocking fee is deducted from your refund for each paddleboard, inflatable, and large water mat (unless the item is defective).
