Shipping 

At Moaki'i, we want to get you on the water as fast as possible. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship directly from our U.S. warehouse.

• Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over $75.00 (this includes all Moaki'i paddleboards).

• Standard Ground Shipping: A flat rate of $9.99 applies to all orders under $75.00.

• Express Shipping: We do not offer express shipping, but feel free to contact us for a quote. Email us at support@moakii.com with your shipping address and the items you would like to purchase, and we will provide a fee for expedited shipping and an estimated delivery time. If you would like to proceed, we will send you a safe payment link for the express shipping and fulfill your order.

• Transit Times: Standard Ground shipping typically arrives within 3 to 6 business days. We are located in North Carolina, and the farther you are from us, the longer it will take.

No P.O. Boxes for large items: Due to the size and weight of our paddleboard kits and several other items, we are unable to ship those to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout to ensure the successful delivery of those items.

Cancellations

• Because we process orders quickly to meet our delivery windows, there is a very limited time to cancel an order once it has been placed.

• If you need to cancel your order, please email us immediately at support@moakii.com.

• Once an order has shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled and must be handled as a standard return.

1-Year Warranty

• Every Moaki'i inflatable paddleboard is built for durability and backed by a dependable 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. We stand behind our gear so you can ride with confidence.

• Other products have a standard 30-day warranty against manufacturer's defects.

Returns & Exchanges

If your gear isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help.

• 45-Day Window: Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 45 days of delivery.

• How to Initiate: Email our support team at support@moakii.com. You must include your full name and order number on the order.

• Authorization: Please wait to hear back from our team with a Return Authorization before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

• Returns: 45-Day Window: Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 45 days of delivery.
  A $20 restocking fee is deducted from your refund for each paddleboard, inflatable, and large water mat (unless the item is defective).

• Return Shipping & Insurance: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Because Moaki'i paddleboards and inflatables are high-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the full value of the gear. Moaki'i is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

• Exchanges: We handle exchanges as a return followed by a new order to ensure you get your preferred board as quickly as possible. For exchanges, we do not charge the $20 restocking fee for large items if you keep the exchanged item.
