Pro-Tip for the Perfect Float:
To ensure your mat lays perfectly flat for maximum fun, we recommend unrolling it and rolling it in the opposite direction for a few minutes before its first dip in the water. This "trains" the foam to stay level and increases overall stability!
Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on every order over $75. For smaller orders under $75, we offer a simple $9.99 flat rate per order, regardless of how many accessories you add to your cart. Most orders arrive within 3-4 business days, and all paddleboards are protected by our 1-year warranty.
No P.O. Boxes for large items: Due to the size and weight of our paddleboard kits and several other items, we are unable to ship those to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout to ensure the successful delivery of those items.
Returns: 45-Day Window: Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 45 days of delivery.
A $20 restocking fee is deducted from your refund for each paddleboard, inflatable, and large water mat (unless the item is defective).
Return Shipping & Insurance: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Because Moaki'i paddleboards and inflatables are high-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the full value of the gear. Moaki'i is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
