No P.O. Boxes for large items: Due to the size and weight of our paddleboard kits and several other items, we are unable to ship those to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout to ensure the successful delivery of those items.
Returns: 45-Day Window: Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 45 days of delivery. A $20 restocking fee is deducted from your refund for each paddleboard, inflatable, and large water mat (unless the item is defective).
Return Shipping & Insurance: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Because Moaki'i paddleboards and inflatables are high-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the full value of the gear. Moaki'i is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
