Processing Time: All orders ship from our North Carolina facility within 1–2 business days. Free Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (continental U.S.).

Expedited Shipping: $40 flat rate, delivered in 2–3 business days.

Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you need to make a return, please review the guidelines below:

Eligibility: You may return any unused board within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Return Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, plus a $20 restocking fee.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective, please contact us right away. We will cover the return shipping cost.

    

How to Start a Return

2. For defective claims, please include clear photos of the item.

3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

 

Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
